Any new lead that lands in your Bloom-connected inbox or is added to the system manually. Replies on an existing thread don't count, and neither do automated platform notifications.
We won't cut you off mid-month. We'll reach out to discuss upgrading to the next tier, and we'll work with you on timing. There are no overage charges.
Yes. Upgrade anytime, prorated. Downgrade at the next billing cycle. Multi-venue customers can't downgrade below the number of venues active in the system.
We have a Pre-Opening rate of $99/month for venues not yet operational, with a 15-minute onboarding call to get you set up before you open your doors. The day after your first wedding, you roll into Solo (or the Founding Member rate if the program is still open).
Our first 25 venues across Solo, Growth, and Multi get 50% off their tier for 24 months, plus direct access to the team and influence on the roadmap. Capped at 25 venues or end of 2026, whichever comes first.
